About the Role:
- Support the full M&A lifecycle across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration.
- Own delivery of workstream plans, risk identification, and stakeholder management.
- Drive change management strategies that address cultural integration and organizational redesign.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of client-facing consulting experience with significant M&A integration exposure.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams at large organizations (5,000+ employees).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with executive stakeholders.
