Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution across complex, phased M&A IT integration programs with direct ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Build and manage detailed plans spanning multiple concurrent workstreams, partnering closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proactively manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive actions through to completion using RAID logs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field with 8+ years of IT project management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple parallel workstreams with complex interdependencies.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.
Nice to Have:
- Background supporting delivery in regulated or time-sensitive environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations or coexistence scenarios.
