About the Role:

  • The Strategy & Operations Project Manager is the execution engine of the Office of the CEO, ensuring strategic decisions and cross-functional initiatives land with discipline and accountability.
  • Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role owns the operational machinery: project plans, milestone tracking, action item follow-through, and intake management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project tracking and milestone management for active M&A integrations, including workstream coordination and executive status reporting.
  • Build and maintain integration calendars, risk logs, decision registers, and project dashboards for real-time visibility.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to surface dependencies and drive resolution, escalating to the Chief of Staff when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5+ years managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to hold people accountable and influence without authority.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft 365, plus an AI-native working style expected from day one.
