Role Overview:

  • Serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
  • Work directly with the Solutions & Project Manager and partner closely with operations, technology teams, customers, vendors, and leadership.
  • Combine business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design support, and systems integration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the migration away from legacy systems and infrastructure.
  • Help drive integration projects involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and business partners.
  • Assist with implementing and optimizing platforms such as CargoWise and other business-critical systems.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, Integrations, Process Improvement, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
