Serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.
Work directly with the Solutions & Project Manager and partner closely with operations, technology teams, customers, vendors, and leadership.
Combine business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design support, and systems integration work.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the migration away from legacy systems and infrastructure.
Help drive integration projects involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and business partners.
Assist with implementing and optimizing platforms such as CargoWise and other business-critical systems.

Qualifications:

3-7+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Solutions Analysis, Integrations, Process Improvement, or related roles.
Experience supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
