The Role:
- The M&A Integrations Manager runs individual integrations as a hands-on project manager.
- You will lead cross-functional workstreams, hold stakeholders to timelines, and produce weekly executive status reports.
- Success demands exceptional change management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integration projects end to end, coordinating Finance, Operations, Systems, Talent, and operating company stakeholders.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans in monday.com, keeping tasks and timelines accurate.
- Manage multiple integrations concurrently and drive implementation of Orion systems within 90 days of acquisition.
