Platform Ownership:
- Serve as primary HubSpot admin across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs.
- Build and maintain automation workflows, lead scoring, and data governance.
- Own data hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
CRM Integration:
- Manage HubSpot–Salesforce integration and bidirectional sync.
- Monitor integration health and resolve sync failures.
- Provide lightweight Salesforce support for field mapping and reports.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Design dashboards for funnel health and campaign performance.
- Partner with BI and Finance on metric definitions.
- Support ABM operations with enrichment tools like Clay and ZoomInfo.
