The Client Partner will own and nurture relationships with 3–5 strategic commerce clients and build trusted partnerships with client C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. The role includes identifying and shaping new project opportunities that align with client goals and Lazer’s capabilities and acting as a strategic thought partner to help clients design world-class commerce experiences. They will work with internal teams to scope, estimate, and propose new initiatives and navigate sales motions in complex organizations. Providing visibility into account health, risks, and growth opportunities is essential.
