Key Accountabilities:

Conduct UX research, define personas, journeys, and flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
Contribute to Design Systems, ensure accessibility, and use AI tools responsibly.
Support usability testing and collaborate with developers and QA during implementation.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with strong proficiency in Figma.
Practical experience with user research, usability testing, and design systems.
Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and responsible use of AI in design workflows.
