Turnitin is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support SpecialistΒ to join our dynamic sales development team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. You will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and logistical support to our sales development team, enabling them to focus on prospecting and building pipeline for our sales organization. Responsibilities include Sales Administration to Maintain and update CRM, Lead Management & Qualification Support to Assist in the initial routing of inbound leads based on predefined criteria, Customer Communication & Support to Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from both internal customers and cross-functional teams, and Sales Operations & Process Improvement to Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
