Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Integration development for Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems.
- Data model expertise for query and optimization of tables.
- Coding excellence using PL/SQL, SQL & scripting for automation.
Experience and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience developing Oracle HCM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.
- Experience with OIC or similar middleware and API development.
Additional Aspects:
- Compliance & security enforcement for data privacy.
- Documentation of technical specs, mappings and runbooks.
- Collaboration with HRIS, payroll and IT teams.
