About the Role:
- Lead complex, high-impact client implementations of Posh's conversational AI platform for financial institutions.
- Blend strategic project leadership, technical fluency, and stakeholder management to ensure successful deployments.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving execution across ambiguous or large-scale projects.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end implementation strategy, sequencing, and execution for large-scale projects.
- Anticipate risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Mentor and support other Implementation Managers and improve process documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- PMP certification and/or MBA strongly preferred, with proven client-facing project management experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
- Experience with financial institutions and conversational AI is a plus.
