Legal Billing Specialist

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute pre-bills for attorney review, tracking feedback and applying billing edits as instructed.
• Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies, generating and finalizing invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Deliver invoices through required platforms or methods, resolving billing questions or discrepancies with internal teams.

• This is a remote position requiring strict confidentiality and data security compliance.
• The role demands accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all billing activities, supporting month-end and year-end deadlines.
