Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports 5-8 enterprise initiatives including benefits design, digital experience, and AI adoption.
  • Analyzes workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and develops business cases with cost/benefit analyses.
  • Prepares dashboards and presentations for governance meetings and supports change management activities.

Project and Journey Support:

  • Assists in mapping current-state member/provider journeys and creating future-state designs.
  • Builds service blueprints and conducts market scans for benefit trends and program innovations.
  • Evaluates pilot programs and supports A/B testing to measure impact on member behavior and cost.

Technical and Analytical Partnership:

  • Partners with IT and vendors on digital platform requirements, testing, and workflow design.
  • Works with analytics teams to develop dashboards and support predictive modeling use cases.
  • Helps evaluate AI vendors, document decision frameworks, and support digital platform migrations.
