Job Description

In this role, you will translate Honeycomb’s people philosophy into simple, scalable programs. You will align strong, opinionated leaders across the org by bringing crisp communication, courageous candor, and decisive prioritization to ambiguous issues. You will anticipate organizational needs and drive alignment with the CEO and E-Staff.

You should build a high-performing leadership culture by elevating manager capability. Guide the People Team to operate as strategic partners who bring clarity, insight, and momentum to the business. You should be passionate about building people-first teams and helping organizations drive performance.

To be successful in the role, you should have 12+ years of HR/People leadership experience. You should have proven experience designing and implementing performance and compensation frameworks. You should have deep fluency across People disciplines.
