About the role:
- Own the contract review process and lead the team to evaluate non-standard customer contracts.
- Drive automation of revenue processes and controls, from business case through go-live.
- Partner across Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk during negotiations to structure deals.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including ASC 606 at a public company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience reviewing contracts and documenting technical positions in written memos.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Active CPA license or CPA eligibility.
- Big 4 experience with technical revenue or SEC reporting exposure.
- Experience in hardware-plus-software or SaaS with multi-element arrangements.
