As Engineering Manager, own the day-to-day execution of the engineering team, reporting to the Director of Engineering.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery every sprint.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, providing regular coaching and feedback.
Own sprint planning, task distribution, and delivery execution in partnership with the Product Manager.
Maintain engineering standards across code quality, documentation, and testing.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
Hands-on experience with Bubble.io or strong familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
