Role Purpose:
- Add expertise and capacity to support an active, pro-democracy docket.
- Independently run a portfolio of cases as a contract litigator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases and ensure deadlines and filings are met precisely.
- Conduct all phases of litigation, including discovery and appeals.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on legal strategy.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and bar membership in good standing.
- 8+ years of litigation experience; election law experience preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
