Collections Strategy and Ops Manager

Build a world-class collections function and take full ownership of collections strategy, risk segmentation, outreach channels, and analytics in a fast-growing, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will shape the vision, design best-in-class collections strategies, and eventually grow a high-performing team. Responsibilities include testing and iterating on collections strategies, designing and implementing predictive collections scoring and automation, developing and scaling collections outreach models, managing relationships with external collection agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
