Associate Director, IT Service Delivery

This role involves optimizing efficient processes for end-user hardware and software delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for remote employees, including procurement, vendor relationships, and cost optimization. Key responsibilities include service delivery management and automation, team leadership, service improvement and optimization focusing on automation, and stakeholder management. This also includes compliance and security focusing on IT policies, standards, and regulations, and budget and resource management.
