Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive WCB Coordinator to join our Disability Management team on a short-term contract. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys digging into the details of claims management, this could be a great fit. As a WCB Coordinator you’ll play a key part in supporting injury management across our operations ensuring timely and accurate responses to workplace incidents and Workers’ Compensation claims. Your work will help ensure our teams stay safe, informed, and supported.
Respond to incident reports within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), making sure modified work offers are safe and suitable. Join weekly and monthly team meetings to stay aligned and share updates. Support operations through the full injury management process. Review injury details and determine if they’re work-related. Help manage Dexterra’s provincial WCB accounts.
