Job Description

The Change Management Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of change management strategies across an organization. The CM lead will be a part of the Consulting Services team. This role involves leading and coordinating the change management team, guiding senior leadership, and ensuring that large-scale changes are effectively implemented with minimal disruption. The Change Management Lead will design, manage, execute and evaluate the change process to ensure smooth transitions, maximize employee adoption, and achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities include leadership and strategy development, change management planning and execution, stakeholder management and engagement, communication and training, risk and resistance management, measurement and evaluation, continuous improvement, and team development and support. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in change management, and strong communication skills.
