Product Director - Network

What You'll Do:

• Partner with network, go-to-market, and sales teams to define and scope what Nomi can deliver in each new market.
• Write integration requirements between Nomi and every partner in the claim lifecycle.
• Own the path from a signed rate sheet to a correctly priced claim, including ingestion, normalization, and validation.

What We're Looking For:

• You have reimbursement fluency and understand billed, allowed, and paid.
• You have domain background from a health plan, TPA, or similar organization.
• You are comfortable with data exchange experience (837, 835, eligibility) and writing integration requirements.

Preferred Experiences:

• Experience in self-funded employer health, TPA administration, or direct contracting.
• You've run a platform migration or vendor claims-system implementation.
• Founder or early-operator background with a track record of using automation and AI.
