We are looking for a hands-on IT OPS Manager with leadership experience who wants to take the next career step without giving up their hands-on mentality. Further responsibilities include: Technical responsibility for our IT infrastructure (focus on IT helpdesk) Ensuring availability, performance and security of our office and IT systems Definition and implementation of a future-proof cloud strategy including budget, capacity and lifecycle planning Improving the developer experience through efficient tools & processes. Coaching and further development of the team as well as prioritization of tasks in day-to-day and project business Creation of knowledge-sharing formats, continuous optimization of processes according to ITIL/DevOps principles.
