The position collaborates closely with Corporate IT and Security to maintain a reliable, secure, and well-documented environment that aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Level 3 Service Desk Engineer, your primary role is to deliver advanced technical support and solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and acting as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 engineers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is suited to an experienced Level 3 Service Desk Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft cloud and infrastructure technologies.

We’re looking for an IT Administrator to manage and support internal IT environment and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining system availability, ensuring compliance with security and ISO 27001 controls, and providing day-to-day technical support across the business. You’ll work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot environment issues, manage access controls, and maintain reliable network and endpoint performance. This is a long-term, hands-on position.
