What You'll Do:
- Guide customers through business challenges related to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, from administration to security and migrations.
- Support customer implementations, licensing, domain verifications, email routing, and conduct training sessions.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a core IT systems administrator with deep knowledge of Google Workspace and O365/Azure.
- Experience with change management, scripting, and customer support.
- Bonus: MS-Exchange, LDAP, and Active Directory experience.
