Role Overview:
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and reliability of collaboration and communications platforms across IT Operations.
- Own the roadmap for Google Workspace, VoIP, and conferencing services.
- Balance operational rigor with strategic platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a distributed team of engineers, focusing on coaching, performance, and career development.
- Own day-to-day operations for Google Workspace, Zoom, Webex, and RingCentral.
- Drive transition away from Microsoft Exchange toward a Google Workspace-centered model.
- Establish service standards, SLAs, and incident response procedures.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure or collaboration platforms.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong experience with Google Workspace, VoIP, and unified communications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and legacy messaging.
