Senior Solutions Consultant - Global Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Payroll Sales team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and expand market share for Remote’s Global Payroll solution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services, staying apprised of Remote product features and industry developments to provide clients and internal stakeholders with strategic, best practice guidance.
• Communicate the value of Remote’s Global Payroll offering through demonstrations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.

What You Bring:

• Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes, with a proven ability to apply consultative techniques to uncover client needs, foster strong relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.

Practical Details:

• You'll report to the Manager, Solution Consulting AMER team, within a growing Solutions Consulting team.
• This is a fully remote role, with some travel required, and prioritizes candidates in AMER timezones.
• The application process includes async reviews, interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, peers, a role play presentation, and a bar raiser interview.
