Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will own and optimize the full accounting cycle, including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, billing & collections, and payroll, ensuring each workflow is efficient, timely, and audit-ready. Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets, drive compliance, and enable scalability. The manager will lead the monthly and quarterly close process, delivering accurate financials that support business decisions and external reporting. Manage accounting schedules and journal entries for ASC 606 revenue recognition, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other key accounts. They will oversee transition of day-to-day accounting from our external firm to internal operations, while shaping the long-term accounting function. Supervise AP and AR processes, ensuring vendors are paid, customers are invoiced and collected on time, and compliance obligations are met. Coordinate annual audits and reviews, acting as the primary liaison for external auditors and managing deliverables to closure. Contribute to systems and process upgrades, including ERP, card/banking platforms, and automations across the finance stack.
