As a Soda Health Full-Stack Engineer you will design, implement, and refine exciting, innovative digital products. Your direct work will be put into the hands of everyday people. Your designs and solutions will improve lives by making benefits more understandable and accessible for people in need. The system you will be writing in is a state-of-the-art multi-tenant SaaS, purpose-built for benefits administration, where scale and security are paramount.

This role involves developing and delivering standard and personalized materials and experiences across physical, digital, and telephony channels, using human-centered language, design, and heuristics. The role works closely and collaboratively with product, engineering, customer care, account management, and our implementation team. The Member Experience Manager manages complexity and is driven by making people’s lives and health outcomes better.
