Core Responsibilities:
- Own paid digital strategy across search, social, and programmatic with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Manage a large budget and a dedicated experimentation fund to test new channels.
- Turn complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in paid digital campaign management with hands-on platform experience.
- Experience with $5M+ annual budgets and healthcare advertising.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 CAD plus flexible PTO.
