Assure customer satisfaction when clients use our Platform and communicate with the Customer Support Team. Ensure the high level of knowledge of the Customer Support Team, by training new and experienced officers, and update learning materials. Guarantee the quality and responsiveness of the Customer Support Team. Foster a high level of collaboration between Customer Support and the Company’s other teams. Manage the assigned Customer Support Team by establishing, documenting, and refining support processes. Ensure timely resolution of complex requests and escalated issues via various channels, including live chat, email, and calls. Coach employees on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
