Sr. Instructional Designer

Addepar Design shapes wealth managers’ digital experiences, designing and delivering intuitive, easy-to-use products, helping wealth managers grow their businesses and provide best-in-class services to their clients. In this role, you'll define the instructional strategy for complex learning projects, design course architecture, introduce a certification program, and maximize content reusability across the learning ecosystem. You'll work with Product, Support, and Services teams to refine curriculum scope, learning objectives, and delivery modes. You will define comprehensive learning paths, courses, and interactive training modules, develop a deep understanding of user learning needs and onboarding challenges. You will also champion innovative solutions, act as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, and mentor technical writers and content creators. You'll refine instructional design guidelines, spearhead audits, and analyze user engagement to optimize learning content organization and learner pathways.
