Negotiating
Contracts:
- Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements, including MSAs, OEM agreements, and NDAs.
- Support Sales and Procurement teams on day-to-day contractual matters and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Support export control and dual-use compliance across Ukrainian, EU, and US regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to legal audits, due diligence, and projects involving corporate structuring and IP matters under the CLO's guidance.
Operational Support:
- Support internal stakeholders on a broad range of day-to-day legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and translate findings into practical recommendations and internal knowledge base materials.
