About the role:
- Work with all relevant functions to coordinate, amend/negotiate and populate B2B commercial contracts.
- Work for Kerv Group and its subsidiary companies to facilitate the requirements for different services.
- Answer generic queries and assist with management of the team inbox.
All about You:
- Experience negotiating customer and supplier commercial contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting experience.
- Proactive, pragmatic and commercial approach to risk.
Your Skills:
- PQE valued but not essential.
- Experience advising on cloud-based technology advantageous.
- Knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements.
