Job Description
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing and following up on pre-generated lead lists from assisted living communities and referral sources.
- Conducting outreach calls and email communication with potential partners and referral facilities.
- Tracking all marketing and outreach activities in Excel or Google Sheets.
The Virtual Assistant will also:
- Assist with resident onboarding, including tracking intake paperwork and coordinating through DocuSign.
- Follow established workflows for resident documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Maintain organised digital records in shared drives.
In addition, the Virtual Assistant will:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to follow up on leads or partner communications.
- Manage email communication using templates and a professional tone.
- Coordinate updates between the client and community partners.
