Job Description

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Managing and following up on pre-generated lead lists from assisted living communities and referral sources.
  • Conducting outreach calls and email communication with potential partners and referral facilities.
  • Tracking all marketing and outreach activities in Excel or Google Sheets.

The Virtual Assistant will also:

  • Assist with resident onboarding, including tracking intake paperwork and coordinating through DocuSign.
  • Follow established workflows for resident documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain organised digital records in shared drives.

In addition, the Virtual Assistant will:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to follow up on leads or partner communications.
  • Manage email communication using templates and a professional tone.
  • Coordinate updates between the client and community partners.
