Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Implementation Specialist, EDI/ERP - D365 to join our Microsoft Market Team to work with our System Automation adapter integrations! Our implementation experts are responsible for deploying SPS’s solutions and ensuring that all parties’ systems and data are ready to begin communicating. Our Implementation Specialists manage day-to-day project tasks for integrating e-commerce solutions from close of sale through hand-off to the Customer Operations team. Exceeding customer expectations is a top priority, achieved by understanding the clients’ business model.
Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration, while managing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs. Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress, ensuring effective communication and resolution of scheduling issues. Maintain a high level of industry-specific business knowledge.
