Incident Investigation Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Incident Reporting & Investigation Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive incident reporting and investigation program for MasTec West. This crucial role ensures that incidents are documented promptly, thoroughly investigated, and that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence, fostering a culture of continuous safety improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with department heads, safety officers, and leadership teams to ensure incidents are handled in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Incident Reporting & Investigation Manager will be responsible for leading investigations, identifying root causes, and utilizing data and incident trends to drive safety improvements. This role will be instrumental in analyzing safety performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior leadership, and recommending corrective and preventive actions based on findings.
