Global Director - Accounts Payable and Procurement

About the Role:

• You will lead the global procure-to-pay process across all countries, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
• You will establish and enforce policies, controls, and approval matrices to protect the company.
• You will partner with cross-functional teams to support acquisition integration and system automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the global procure-to-pay process including procurement intake, vendor sourcing, and payment execution.
• Establish global procurement and AP policies, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency.
• Manage shared services performance and drive process centralization and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of procurement, AP, or finance process leadership experience in a multi-country environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation, and internal controls is highly desirable.
