New Accounts Payable Shared Services Senior Manager

Position Summary:

• Our company is experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager to join our Finance team.
• This role will design and implement a shared services model for accounts payable, working cross-functionally with operations, procurement, finance, and treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management of Invoice-to-Pay personnel across 3 locations in North America with emphasis on process improvement and team development.
• Analyze workflows and operational measures to identify root causes and recommend improvements across procure-to-pay process.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and support month-end close.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance required with minimum of 10 years of experience including ERP payables systems.
• Extensive background in accounts payable operations in mid-sized to large manufacturing organizations.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP software, especially Infor Syteline.
