Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Consultant Relations at Maven, you will work in close collaboration with the Head of Consultant Relations to drive Maven’s broker relations strategy within a defined geographical region. This includes helping develop and execute growth strategies related to key broker relationships at both corporate and local office levels. You will maintain and refine broker playbooks to inform sales team strategy, manage feedback loops, and coordinate with product marketing on content creation. This position is responsible for monitoring and reporting key learnings and Salesforce insights to the team, leveraging executives for presentations, and organizing regular meetings and training to educate brokers and consultants on Maven Clinic products.
The ideal candidate should possess 5-7 years of benefits consulting/consultant relations experience, account knowledge, and industry relationships in the employer benefits space. They should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, communicate at all levels, and deliver presentations that establish credibility and reinforce the value of Maven’s offering. Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment and familiarity with Salesforce are preferred.
