Job Description
The Business Development Manager's primary role is to support and manage a portfolio of existing registry operator customers and to win new contracts for registry back end services. The role will be supported by our customer service team and engineering teams. The role also requires the ability to develop new business opportunities by working on RFPs, finding new potential gTLD or dot brands registry operators or getting existing gTLD and ccTLD managers to migrating to our services.
Job Duties:
*Account Manage a portfolio of registry operators globally
*Request for Proposal (RFP) work including drafting responses, document management and collaborating with internal teams
*Lead generation and direct outreach
*Support prospects through application process for gTLDs to delegation and launch
*Become a key resource to help grow the registry services business
