Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale ERP integration projects from scoping to go-live, ensuring smooth execution across all phases
- Act as the main technical point of contact for enterprise clients—guiding them through API usage, ERP configurations, and integration best practices
- Support the Sales process by joining client conversations to explain technical capabilities and integration feasibility
Must haves:
- 5+ years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Engineer)
- Proven experience leading ERP integration projects in Latam, mainly Mexico or Colombia
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS —including APIs and integration patterns
