Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies across operations, HR, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the company's mission and managing the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize sourcing methods like LinkedIn and AI tools to attract candidates, optimize the recruitment funnel, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, with Greenhouse experience preferred, and strong sourcing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stay updated on industry trends, and partner with HR for seamless onboarding and process improvements.
