Position Overview:
- Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes.
- Responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing incoming invoices and carrier payables.
- Maintaining a high level of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry functions, including keying invoice data.
- Meet or exceed established daily data entry quota goals.
- Maintain a quality standard of 99.9% accuracy.
Skills & Requirements:
- A sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
- Proficient in using basic software and tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work within a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Call Center/BPO industry, particularly in a non-voice setup, is a plus.
