Job Description
The Member Care team is at the forefront of our business, supporting our members on their healthcare journeys by answering questions and helping them solve problems. As the Member Care Supervisor, you will coach and develop a team of Member Care Specialists to deliver exceptional service that reflects Sidecar Health's values. Set clear performance goals and foster professional growth. You will also monitor key metrics, partner with Quality Assurance and Training, and collaborate with Workforce Management to optimize scheduling. Jump in to handle escalated member situations, and share insights with Product and Operations teams to influence company-wide improvements. Conduct regular 1:1s and handle performance management with empathy and clarity.
