Job Description
The ERP specialist will collaborate with developers to understand the requirements for ERP integrations and assist in designing effective connectors for various use cases. Lead the testing and implementation processes of ERP integrations with clients, ensuring a seamless experience. Iterate on the integration solutions based on client feedback and evolving needs. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ERP connectors, ensuring compatibility with major versions and new releases. Document integration processes and create training materials for internal teams and clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new features and generate revenue through successful product deployment. The specialist needs functional expertise on SAP B1 and SAP S/4HANA with at least 2 years' experience of managing technical projects. Knowledge of API's is preferred. Fluency in English and French is required.
