Forward Deployment Engineer

AI Agent Design & Development:

• Design and build AI-driven virtual agents for customer service automation across multiple channels.
• Develop intelligent automation using conversational AI, knowledge systems, and omnichannel engagement capabilities.

System Integration & Automation:

• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems like CRM, commerce platforms, and knowledge bases.
• Implement secure, scalable APIs and multi-step workflows to enable real business transactions.

Customer Solution Engineering:

• Partner directly with customers to understand operational challenges and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and deliver prototypes or production-ready solutions.

Technical Demonstration & Enablement:

• Design and build advanced technical demonstrations showcasing AI-driven customer experiences.
• Support sales and presales teams in communicating the value of AI solutions and enable internal teams with technical knowledge.
