Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Growth team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing user-facing features that drive user activation, engagement, and retention. You'll work closely with product, design, and analytics to implement A/B tests, improve key conversion metrics, and create delightful user experiences that help more people discover and adopt our product. Key responsibilities include delivering A/B-tested user-facing features, improving site performance and accessibility, championing reusable component patterns, partnering with QA to reduce front-end bugs, and mentoring mid-level engineers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in frontend development, expertise in Typescript, Javascript, and React, and a strong foundation in software engineering principles. They should also be an AI enthusiast, produce remarkable quality work, be an excellent communicator, a problem solver, and have a growth mindset.
