Job Description

This position is a part of the Client Services department of Simpluris, a Legal Administrator that delivers comprehensive legal, financial, and corporate administration services to law firms, banks, agencies, and businesses in need of complex project fulfillment. Project Managers ("PMs") are the face of Simpluris operations to our clients. Internally, they coordinate with sales, data services, software development, contact center, disbursements, claims analysts and a host of other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met. This position may oversee one or more Project Coordinators in the Client Services department. A PM must meet critical client requirements, be able to manage multiple competing priorities and personalities, and communicate swiftly and effectively. Job Responsibilities include drafting project documents, researching client inquiries, identifying process issues, providing project reporting, fostering relationships, identifying risks, providing budget review, and delegating tasks.
