Product Designer II

Lead multiple design initiatives and craft exceptional user experiences. Translate ideas into intuitive, high-impact designs that deliver measurable business results, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with strategy and user goals. This strategic role focuses on driving innovation, maintaining design consistency, and leveraging AI-driven design practices across the product ecosystem. Own and execute the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and launch. Design and deliver AI-powered, data-driven user experiences that increase engagement, conversion, and retention. Actively co-create with AI tools (Figma AI, Galileo, Lovable, Uizard, Make, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance speed, creativity, and iteration cycles. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs. Contribute to and evolve our Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms. Advocate for user-centric design through prototypes, storytelling, and data-backed insights. Mentor peers and contribute to cultivating a strong design culture.
